Tarragon Essential Oil

Tarragon essential oil is extracted from the Artemisia dracunculus plant, belonging to the Asteraceae family. It is recognized for its many virtues:

• Digestive and depurative: aids digestion, combats inappetence and stimulates diuresis to help detoxify the body.
• Natural antiseptic: useful for sore throats, mouth inflammation and toothache.
• Antispasmodic: effectively relieves menstrual pain, abdominal cramps and digestive disorders.
• Anti-inflammatory: beneficial for relieving arthritis and rheumatoid pain.
• General balancing: its aroma also helps purify the air and create a soothing atmosphere.

• Atmospheric diffusion: 1 drop per square meter of room using a diffuser or perfume burner. Purifies the air and repels insects.
• Gargle: mix 6 drops of essential oil in a glass of water at room temperature. Useful for relieving sore throats, mouth inflammation and toothache.
• Abdominal massage: to relieve menstrual pain or digestive disorders, mix 2 drops of Tarragon essential oil with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (sweet almond, coconut, etc.) and massage into the affected area.

• For external use only.
• Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children under 5.
• May cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to plants in the Asteraceae family (e.g. daisy, calendula, ragweed, chrysanthemum...).
• Always perform a skin test on the elbow before use.
• Do not use on mucous membranes, eyes or for prolonged direct inhalation.
