Delivery address
Oriana cosmetic declines all responsibility for delays in delivery if the Customer has indicated an incomplete or erroneous address, is absent at the time of delivery or has not collected the parcel from the post office or the address communicated by the carrier within the period specified for this purpose.
The Customer can track the progress of the delivery of his order using the tracking number sent by e-mail on the carrier's tracking site selected when the order was placed.
Delivery methods and times
The estimated delivery time from the time the order is dispatched is 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for delivery to the customer's home or to a delivery point.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In the event of public holidays, busy periods such as sales, bad weather, exceptional closures or traffic bans, processing and delivery times may be extended.
If the delivery time is exceeded, without justification by a case of force majeure, the Customer may request the cancellation of the sale under the conditions set out in article L. 114-1 of the French Consumer Code, and obtain reimbursement until the goods have been received, in accordance with the conditions set out in article L. 121-20-1 of the French Consumer Code. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the professional is obliged to reimburse the consumer for all sums paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which this right was exercised.
- Chronopost delivery®:
The customer has the option of delivery to one of Chronopost® offered by our partner Chronopost.
Once the order has been validated, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Delivery tracking
Once payment has been confirmed, an order number is assigned to the customer, and the order is recorded. We advise you to print out the order number and keep it. You can track the progress of your order at any time via "My Account" in your customer area.
The Customer must provide a valid email address, failing which Oriana cosmetic cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising therefrom. Customers may update their details in their personal area at any time.
In the event of a delay in shipment, an information e-mail will be sent to the Customer as soon as possible.
At the same time, the Customer is strongly advised to report any delay in delivery as soon as possible to Oriana cosmetic customer service, so that an inquiry can be made with the carrier concerned to locate the parcel.
Checking the condition of Products
At the time of delivery, Oriana cosmetic invites the Customer to carry out any examination necessary to detect any damage, shortages, defects or other apparent faults or non-conformity of the Products delivered with the order. In particular, the Customer must check the condition of the packaging, the number of packages and the quantities, references, condition and characteristics of the Products.
The Customer is strongly advised to notify the carrier of any reservations regarding the packaging and, where applicable, the condition of the Products (e.g. open and/or damaged package).
If the delivery person has not given the Customer the opportunity to check the condition of the package, the Customer must report the situation in detail in writing to the carrier at the latest within three days, not including public holidays, from the scheduled delivery date of the package. After this period, no claim can be taken into account by the carrier.
In the event of defect or non-conformity of the Products, Oriana cosmetic invites the Customer to refer to article Processing complaintsof these Terms and Conditions.
However, data portability is limited to data voluntarily transmitted by the customer, for example by filling in a form, or data generated as a result of the customer's activity, such as purchase history or connection data recorded when browsing the merchant site.
Personal data derived, calculated or inferred from data supplied by the data subject, such as a user profile created by analyzing the raw data produced by a "smart" meter, are excluded from the right to portability, insofar as they are not supplied by the data subject, but created by the organization.
Customers also have the right to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data.
Customers are informed that the Site uses "cookies". A cookie is a computer file stored on the hard disk of the customer's computer. Its purpose is to indicate a previous visit by the Customer to the Site. Cookies are only used by Oriana cosmetic to personalize the service offered. Customers may refuse cookies by configuring their Internet browser. In this case, he/she loses the ability to personalize the service delivered to him/her on the Site.
