Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Oriana cosmetic for your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Policy

1.1. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make a return.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

1.3. Oriana cosmetic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

1.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we have received your return, we will inspect it and inform you that we have received your returned item.

2.2. We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the returned item.

2.3 If your return is approved, we will refund your credit card (or other original method of payment) within 14 days.

2.4 In the event of damaged items being received, Oriana cosmetic will reimburse the Customer for the price of the Product(s) concerned and, in the event of a return, for the entire order. Initial delivery and return costs will not be reimbursed and are the responsibility of the Customer.

In the event of a partial return of the Products ordered or an error in the delivery address by the Customer, the initial delivery charges will not be refunded.

3. Non-refundable products

3.1. Items on sale or purchased with any discount, including free delivery orders, are non-refundable.
