Please read the following carefully before validating your order and paying online. Validation of the order by the purchaser implies unreserved acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale below.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded between the www.orianacosmetic.com boutique " Oriana cosmetic" or "We" and the buyer hereinafter referred to as "You" or the "Customer" wishing to purchase products on www.orianacosmetic.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Site", for the purchase of goods, hereinafter referred to as the "Products".

By placing an order via the website www.orianacosmetic.com, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to contract.

These Terms and Conditions are important to both you and us, as they protect your rights as a consumer and our rights as a merchant.

In the event of a breach of any of these conditions, it will be deemed, by mutual agreement, to be governed by current practice in the distance selling sector, applicable to companies whose registered office is in France.

Oriana cosmetic reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. Any modifications will be binding on users of the Site as from the date they are put online and cannot be applied to transactions carried out previously.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Presentation of products

The Products offered on the Oriana cosmetic website are presented in accordance with legal requirements and described as accurately as possible.

Each Product will be the subject of a description sheet which may contain: a photograph, the price, the sizes and colors available, the composition, as well as a short description of the Product.

For technical (photographic and computer) reasons, the actual rendering of the Products (notably the color) may sometimes differ slightly from that of the photos presented on the Site. The Customer is invited to refer to the description of each Product for its precise essential characteristics.

Photographs, drawings, videos or other presentations of the Product of any kind are for information purposes only and are not contractually binding. As a result, Oriana cosmetic cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions in this presentation, which do not affect the essential characteristics of the Products.

In case of doubt or to obtain additional information, the Customer may contact Oriana cosmetic's customer service department using the contact form available on the Site, or by e-mail at info@orianacosmetic.com.

Product availability

Products are offered for sale as long as they are visible on the Oriana cosmetic website, excluding Products sold exclusively in the showroom. Unavailable Products are no longer visible on the Site, except those bearing the words "Available only in the showroom".

In the exceptional case of total or partial unavailability of a Product after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order or of the cancellation of the order.

In application of the provisions of Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of Product unavailability, the Oriana cosmetic customer service department will refund the price of the unavailable Product or the order.

The date of registration of the order corresponds to the date of payment by credit card online with the secure payment terminal of our partners Stripe and Paypal.

Product prices

Product prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT. Any change in the VAT rate will be immediately reflected in our prices.

Product prices are those shown on the Site at the time of consultation by the Customer. Commercial offers and associated markdowns are those shown on the Site at the time of consultation by the Customer. They are guaranteed subject to obvious typographical or printing errors.

The prices indicated for each Product on the Site are guaranteed for the time they are online, and consequently for the time you are connected to our Site. Unavailable Products are no longer visible on the Site, except those marked "Only available at the Showroom".

Nevertheless, in the event of an obvious pricing error and/or application of promotional rules (price clearly derisory in relation to the real value of the Product), for whatever reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error), the validated order may be cancelled by Oriana cosmetic.

Product prices do not include delivery charges. The amount of delivery charges is indicated to the Customer on the "Delivery Conditions" page accessible at the bottom of the Site.

The Products remain the property of Oriana cosmetic until full payment has been received by Oriana cosmetic.

Commercial offers

Promotional codes are offered by Oriana cosmetic, applicable only to Products on sale on the Site in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, to the exclusion of in-store sales conditions.

To be valid, all promotional codes must be entered in the shopping basket before the order is validated.

Promotional codes do not apply to delivery charges and cannot be combined with other codes, offers, sales or promotions. Only one promotional code may be used per order.

Intellectual property rights

All illustrations, images, characters, modes of presentation and graphics presented on the www.orianacosmetic.com website are reserved under the copyright and intellectual property rights of Oriana cosmetic.

Total or partial reproduction of any of these elements, on any medium whatsoever and for any reason whatsoever, without the express prior consent of Oriana cosmetic is strictly prohibited.

Consultant and Tax

Oriana Cosmetic operates as a consultant site for Chogan. VAT and any tax obligations related to these payments remain the responsibility of Chogan.
