MARJORAM ESSENTIAL OIL

Marjoram essential oil is extracted from Origanum majorana, a plant in the Lamiaceae family. It is recognized for its many virtues, including balsamic, expectorant, sedative and analgesic. It is particularly effective for soothing cramps, relieving pain, promoting sleep and clearing the respiratory tract in the event of a cold or cough.

• Balsamic and expectorant: clears the respiratory tract and helps eliminate mucus in the event of a cough or cold.
• Pain relief: relieves abdominal cramps, muscle aches and rheumatic pains.
• Sedative and relaxing: soothes the nervous system, combats insomnia, reduces stress and balances the neurovegetative system.
• Muscle revitalizing: ideal for relaxing tired muscles after exercise.

• Ambient diffusion: add a few drops to a diffuser or humidifier water to purify the air and promote relaxation.
• Relaxing massage lotion: apply a small amount to the forehead or nape of the neck and massage to ease tension, boost concentration or relieve headaches.
• Anti-rheumatic massage: mix 10 to 20 drops with 100 ml of alcohol or vegetable oil and massage into the painful area.
• Relaxing bath: add 10 drops to warm bath water to relax muscles and relieve aches and pains.

• Not to be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by children under 5 years of age.
• For external use only.
• Do not ingest.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
• Perform a tolerance test in the crease of the elbow before use.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
• Do not release into the environment.
