NUTMEG ESSENTIAL OIL

Nutmeg essential oil is extracted from the seeds of Myristica fragrans, a plant in the Myristicaceae family. It is distinguished by its toning, warming and relaxing properties. Rich in vitamins (A, C, B) and minerals (iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, copper), it supports skin, muscles and general well-being.

🌿 Main properties :

• Anti-rheumatic: relieves joint and muscle pain thanks to its warming effect.
• Antibacterial: purifies and protects.
• Antioxidant: tones skin and promotes regeneration.
• Pain relief: particularly effective against toothache.
• Carminative: improves digestion, reduces bloating and gastrointestinal discomfort.
• Calming and relaxing: soothes the nervous system, stress and muscular tension.

• Hair lotion: Mix 5 drops with 1 spoonful of green clay, a little water and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil. Apply to damp hair, leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse.
• Massage: Dilute 3 drops in a tablespoon of vegetable oil (sweet almond or coconut) and massage into the area concerned (joints, muscles).
• Relaxing bath: Add 10 drops to warm bath water to relax muscles and soothe the mind.

• Do not exceed recommended doses.
• Not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or children under 5.
• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• In case of contact, rinse thoroughly and seek medical advice if necessary.
• Always perform a tolerance test in the elbow before use.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
