Order and payment
Are the products original Chogan products?
Yes. This shop is run by an independent Chogan consultant: every order is passed on to Chogan, which ships the original products directly to you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank card, PayPal and Klarna. Payment is secure.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, with Klarna, in 3 or 4 instalments from €80. Simply choose Klarna at checkout.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter it at checkout. Only one code per order, it cannot be combined and it does not apply to shipping costs.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, by contacting us. After that, the order is being prepared and can no longer be cancelled.
Delivery and tracking
How long does delivery take?
Allow about 7 working days, to your home or to a pickup point depending on the country. Where available, express delivery is offered at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the country and your basket total. They are reduced from €35 (from −20 % to −80 % depending on the amount) and shipping is free from €175. Full details on our Shipping costs page.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number is sent to you by email when your order ships. You can also use the Track my order page.
My parcel is at a pickup point: how long will it stay there?
It is kept there for a limited time only; if it is not collected in time, it goes back to the sender. Check the deadline in your tracking.
My parcel arrived damaged or incomplete: what should I do?
Contact us with your order number and a photo. We will check with our teams and get back to you.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, if it is unopened: you can send it back at your own expense. Always contact us before sending anything back; once we have received and checked it, we will get back to you. See our refund policy.
What if the product has been opened?
For hygiene reasons, an opened product cannot be taken back or refunded.
Our perfumes and care products
What is an Olfazeta extrait?
It is a perfume extrait with a 30 % concentration, according to Chogan. As a guide, an extrait is between 20 and 30 %, an eau de parfum between 12 and 20 % and an eau de toilette between 5 and 15 % (there is no legal standard).
How long does the perfume last?
Longevity depends on your skin, the climate, the fragrance family and how you apply it. That is why we do not promise any specific duration.
How do I choose my perfume?
How should I apply and store my perfume?
Spray from 15–20 cm onto your pulse points without rubbing, ideally on moisturised skin. Keep the bottle away from light and heat.
